What a fitting quote for an entrepreneur to be admired. April Nesmith is the owner of XAC Solutions and the movement XHJ Empowerment. Both organizations, April founded and cofounded, are the driving force for black entrepreneurs throughout metro Atlanta. April has proven to be more than just making a dollar by expanding brands and facilitating community and networking events. She has put so many entrepreneurs in positions to make their first transactions. April has been a staple in her community and many businesses to last a lifetime.

April founded XAC Solutions in 2019, and the company is inspired by her three children, X, Cam, and Autumn. Pronounced "exact," but the variant, XAC, is used to honor her kids. April expanded her entrepreneurial spirit by partnering with two other BOSS LADIES and founded XHJ Empowerment. XHJ is a movement to bring people of color together to teach, share, and keep the dollar within the community. April indeed IS a catalyst for change, creating a legacy, setting her mark, not only for her seeds but being a vessel for black excellence to come.
